ZEN LAWRENCE GROUP
Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This notice explains how ZEN Lawrence Group processes the personal data of people who visit www.zenlawrence.com or contact ZEN using the details published on the website. The Cookie Policy section describes tracking technologies and your choices.
1. Controller and contact details
The data controller is ZEN Lawrence Group, License No. 101644, TRN 105590757800003, Dubai Media City, Building 08 – Ground Floor, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
For information or requests concerning your data: teamzen@zenlawrence.com. Telephone: +39 327 411 3904 and +971 50 528 1224.
2. Data, purposes and legal bases
Browsing, operation and security
The systems that deliver the website may process IP addresses, request dates and times, requested page addresses, browser and device information, technical messages and security records. This information supports website delivery, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website under Article 6(1)(f), taking account of visitors’ rights.
Requests sent to ZEN
If you email or telephone us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company and message, to respond and manage the enquiry. The current website has no contact forms or newsletter subscriptions. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b), or the legitimate interest in responding to and managing professional contacts, Article 6(1)(f), when you contact us on behalf of an organisation. If a business relationship follows, the relevant contractual and statutory bases also apply.
Consent preferences
iubenda Privacy Controls and Cookie Solution records and applies tracking choices using technical identifiers and information about the preference and its date. This supports respect for your choices and evidence of consent; where applicable, the legal basis is compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c).
Internal website statistics
The website uses Burst Statistics, installed on the website server, to analyse visits, viewed pages, referral sources and link interactions. The current mode does not use analytics cookies, but may recognise a browser through a combination of device and browser information. This recognition still requires consent under the Measurement category; Do Not Track requests are also respected. Information is stored in the website database to analyse visit trends and manage the website; refusal or withdrawal stops new measurements.
Optional services
Meta Pixel and the non-essential services described below require consent for their respective category, Article 6(1)(a). You can refuse them without losing access to the website’s main content.
3. Meta Pixel
The website uses Meta Pixel to record visits and measure the effectiveness of advertising activity on Facebook and Instagram. With marketing consent, the pixel may send Meta an IP address, browser and device information, the visited URL and referral source, date and time, cookie identifiers and a page-visit event. Meta may associate these signals with other information from its services and use them to measure, select and personalise advertising under its terms.
The current configuration sends the PageView event. It does not use Conversions API, automatic advanced matching or automatic transmission of names, email addresses and telephone numbers through the pixel. The pixel is not loaded on the pages of this notice.
Recipients are Meta Platforms, Inc. and, for processing governed by the GDPR under the service terms, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Where those terms provide for it, data collection and transmission involves joint controllership with Meta Ireland; Meta is responsible for its subsequent processing for its own purposes. Roles and responsibilities are explained in the Meta Business Tools Terms and Controller Addendum.
You can refuse or withdraw marketing consent through tracking preferences. Further information and controls: Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Ad Preferences.
4. Recipients and international processing
In addition to the listed services, data may be processed by authorised people handling enquiries and by hosting, email, technical support, security and backup providers to the extent needed for their services. Authorities may receive data where required by law. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and IICUAE open external websites, which process data under their own notices.
ZEN operates in the United Arab Emirates: communications sent to ZEN may be accessed and processed in Dubai. International services, including Meta, may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. Transfers governed by the GDPR are subject to Chapter V requirements; providers’ mechanisms are described in their respective terms, including the Meta Data Processing Terms. Contact us for information about recipients, countries and safeguards applicable to a particular processing activity and to request information or a copy of those safeguards.
5. Retention
- Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 24 months after the last contact concerning the enquiry, unless documented protection of legal rights or statutory duties requires retention.
- Contractual relationships and accounting records: for the relationship’s duration and the subsequent periods required by applicable law or needed to manage disputes.
- Technical and security information: for as long as needed for operation, diagnosis and security; incident-related records may remain until the incident is resolved or applicable obligations are met.
- Browser preferences: for the periods in the Cookie Policy; choice records may be retained as evidence of compliance with obligations.
- Meta event data: Meta’s terms provide for retention for up to two years, separately from the lifetime of browser cookies. Choices and rights regarding information already received by Meta can also be exercised through its privacy tools.
6. Choices and rights
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your information, where applicable, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. ZEN does not use this website to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Providing contact information is voluntary; without necessary information we may be unable to answer your enquiry. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent normal browsing.
To exercise your rights, email teamzen@zenlawrence.com. Requests are handled within applicable deadlines; under the GDPR, normally within one month, subject to any permitted extension that is communicated to you. You may complain to the competent authority, including that of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. In Italy: Italian Data Protection Authority. Rights under relevant UAE legislation also remain applicable.
8. Updates
We update this notice when processing activities or website services change. The date above identifies the current version. Where a change requires renewed consent, the affected optional technologies remain blocked until a new choice is made.
